Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and APO/FPO addresses. Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days.

Shipping cost

Subscription orders ship free. One-time orders of $49 or more ship free. Smaller one-time orders pay a flat rate shown at checkout.

The Service Guarantee

Try your first order. If you are not happy with it within 30 days of delivery, email hello@cellservicesupply.com and we will refund your first order, even if the bottle is open. One refund per customer.

Damaged or wrong items

Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, change or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us, up to 24 hours before your next renewal. We email a reminder 3 days before each renewal.
